The Polynesian Resort is themed of Hawaii ,when guests first come in to the lobby,the greeter will use the Hawaii –style welcome way saying ‘Aloha' to guests.If there are female guests,the greeter will send garland to them as special offerings.In the quick service restaurant,I saw that they have order machine at the counter.Guests can touch the computer screen to order food.It makes the service more efficiency by using this technology.They also put a television at the resting area.

And besides the qucik service and table service restaurant there always a restroom nearby,the layout makes guests have a more convenience experience.There are both merchandise location on the first floor and second floor,and near the entrance.This layout attracts more guests to come in the store and do some shopping, if the guests bought a lot of heavy souvenirs,because of the distance ,it is easy to carry these to the exit. Dinsey also do a lot about the details.They set up a resting area near the main entrance of the building,people who are waiting for the shuttle bus to airport can bring their heavy luggage take a rest and watch TV here.Outside the building, there is a airline check information desk,they put a weighing machine there to helps guests won't have overweight luggage.
