Mr. Victor E. Herrera Jr. – conducted the study and gather relevant data & information about the resorts nearby the proposed project. Source of data is Ministry of Tourism library, from the Tourist Association of Laguna.

March 1977 – Victor Herrera Jr. conducted a study to take a look at the resorts nearby and gather data and information about their possible competitors.
