1.0, INTRODUCION

Personal development "is the conscious pursuit of personal growth by expanding self-

awareness and knowledge and improving personal skills." (Mykro Thum, 2013)

Everyone have aspiration to achieve their dream. To achieve their life goal, they must

have an integration plan to improve self development. A "successful personal

improvement, it must depends on the framework to establish for ourselves with the goals

and strategies." (Watterson Associates, Inc. 2013a) In my opinion, it is a lifelong

planning on personal growth. It is not only can improve the personal skills, it also

enhanced personal profession to achieve the spirit of the future life.

2.0, ANALYSED PERCEIVED DEVELOPMENT NEEDS AT THE BEGINNING

OF THE MODULE.

2.1, Determine Direction

My Vision statement: "To become a responsible and effective on management of Chief

Marketing Officer (CMO) in the Tourism industry; improve the services standard and

innovative the business model to enhance the profit with provide the excellent services to

the customer.

My Objective statement: I would like to humble myself on learning, develop the skill of

managing, improved knowledge and experiences in the Tourism industry. On the other

way, I will maintain a good relationship and implement a good working ethic within the

industry.
