Proposal for Data Network System
The production company must be able to meet the needs of all their customers, as well as surviving in a competitive market. They must be able to respond to the marketplace demand and also changes that resulted due to the economic shift. In order to meet the various challenges that might develop, a production company, such as Riordan, should have a very well integrated information system to meet the operations of the business.
In setting up a system you have to consider the different processes, systems and also the problems the company might face; therefore, the system must be designed to meet that company's specific needs. The new system will have to consider the reports the system needs to provide; how they handle data validation; documentation needed, the security the system will offer, and a user friendly system. We are proposing a top of the line data network system for Riordan. Our proposal should include a description of the new system, its mechanisms, and the benefits to Riordan, as well as, enlighten all of the requirements to drive the need for the new systems. We will include the web coverage, finance, and accounting systems. We will discuss any improvement in security concerns of the system. We will be providing Riordan with diagrams of information flow, system components, and business process changes incurred with the implementations of the new system.
Economic shifts, workforce depletion, consumer expectations, international competition and complex governmental reporting are just a few of the challenges modern business must address in order to remain competitive and viable in today's market. Today, companies are increasingly turning to Information Technology to help them succeed in these areas. Companies have grown tired of the maintenance, confusing architecture, and immense training cost of managing many different information systems which do not facilitate cooperation and cross platform information sharing.
