According to A. Taylor, There are several success factors that make Hyundai motor company one of the best motor companies. First of all, he emphasizes the importance of ‘Aggressive and Speed' in Hyundai's skyrocketing growth. He says Monitoring operations in real time makes the company can identify problems in an instant, and react quickly.
Additionally, in spite of their success, the company tries even more, using impossible-looking targets to a part of its way of doing business. This willingness to take risk makes the difference. Also, chairman of the company, Chung, pushes from behind to work hard to achieve that mission.
Benchmarking TOYOTA strategy makes quality better, prepare to the problems before they occur, not repairing, but preventing. Also ‘Waiting strategy' is another option to success. Even if it has the risk of taking mistakes, it allowed the company to incorporate the most recent performance data.
