There Is one Best Style of Management That Can Be Used in All Situations

Exercise 3: Consider the statement "There is one best style of management that can be used in all situations". Decide whether you agree or disagree with this statement and then prepare three short statements (each of around 50 words) that could be used in a discussion to support your point of view.

1. Cultural Value Difference

There are significant differences between western culture and Asian culture. In western culture a person can easily disagree with the elders while an Asian cannot easily do it like that. Myanmar is an Asia country with Asian culture which is very passive, obedience, giving over respect to the elders. All of these are good in the culture, however, they could create problem in the workplace. For example, due to these culture practices, an Asian is weak in giving feedback.

2. Demographic Difference

Demographic differences could include age, gender (?????????????? ?????????), nationality, education, etc. Based on these differences, way of thinking, value (????????????????), and physical capacity can be different between different age of people
