The Red Round

i. I believe the team's performance on the whole was very average in the Red Round. I don't believe we were well organised and were rushed at the end. There were communication problems between members and members began to get frustrated by one another. As a team we were hoping to meet up to clear the air and get a grip of our assessment tasks. However as the weeks went by we were not able to get on top of the assessment task and ended up leaving it a bit late. The whole group was unable to meet at any one time to properly discuss what needed to be done. With this in mind, the group has decided to have weekly meetings before our tutorial class to discuss matters relating to the weekly tasks, in which hopefully everybody is able to attend. We had carefully chosen this time, as it would also allow us to ask Andrew if any problems regarding the content arose. My role in this was to attempt to get on top of things and try and bring the group together. I tried to assume some control and co-ordinate different tasks to everybody, while attempting to decrease the growing frustration between group members.
ii. There was no real leader in the group and as such there was some confusion as to the tasks we were supposed to do. As such, I tried to assume leadership, but not too much
