1. Your manager believes in the philosophy of continuous product improvement and the belief that customers will choose products that offer high quality, performance, and innovative features. Do you agree with him? Why or why not?

These days, businesses focused on improving their performance make sure to implement programs to improve quality, productivity and profit. Mostly focus on product improvement due to the demand of customers satistification. The manager need to improve systems and processes so that we can consistently and cost effectively deliver superior customer service. A Quality of products identifies areas for improvement. It helps pinpoint our mistakes, which of our customer needs are unmet, and where the organisation is not running effectively.

From my prospective, I am agreeing with my manager that the philosophy of continuous product improvement and the belief that customers will choose a high quality, performance innovative features and inexpensive products in the principal of the organization.

First and foremost, various viewpoints from the public, product quality is a competitive marker for brands that affects purchasing decisions and profitability. This is why the business have to consider a quality of the products as a key point. In the marketing field have proved that high-quality brands will obtain more repeat purchases. However, the business need continue improvement on to potential customers or a market research group which will help produce a great product. Most people in these groups will give honest opinions, and these are something a company can use to boost the quality of the product. Moreover, the manager must understand strengths and weaknesses of the stocks in order to continue improvement and catch more customer’s attention.
