The Overall Outlook of the Employees of the Company

The analysis gathered from the assignment displays the overall outlook of the employees of the company. With a couple of slow months in the red, the company bounced back to improve sales as the demand had increased. The histogram clearly shows the months were sales were outstanding by the increase in employee salaries during two peak times. Unfortunately, while the company aims to be diverse, it has missed the mark in all areas.

Looking at the charts provided, it is evident that the company is heavily populated with white males, mostly single individuals and employees mostly possessing high school diplomas. There’s quite an array of job functions employed in the company, and also an evenly distribution of employees from each regions. Employees appear to be well compensated with more than 50% of employees making over $50K per year.
