SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY
Universities all over the country are offering management courses, and every year,
thousands of students are graduating from these courses. But the question that arose to this is
that, do management programs implemented in universities are effective enough in producing
graduates with highly competitive management skills. This study will help us improve our
management skills. And this study is a very important process that requires ongoing attention to
detail. Various management programs are being conducted by various institutions here in our
country as such programs help aspiring managers to become effective decision makers in their
fields and highly competitive management skills. Management programs train the students
according to their needs and available resources.
