CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF THE SITUATION

I work at Starlite Corporation, an international organization involved in the research, design, production, marketing and sale of products. Starlite is divided in 5 big area. My name is M. Gonzalez, VP of Motion Pictures and TV area. After the new CEO’s arrival, the company is trying to reach five main goals: improve customer and employee satisfaction, increase the automation, enhance overall efficiency and align HR more effectively with business initiatives. In summary, we are trying to cut costs and add value for each area, aiming to maximize the net profit of all areas. In order to do that we need to align the staff and resources and, mainly, share information. My goal as MPTV’s VP is to improve training and customer relations.
