Communication

The majority of the employees in the organization agreed that the goals of the organization are communicated to them effectively. Their top hierarchy delivers them all the responsibilities in a clear and simple way so that it is well understood and implemented The company tries its best to avoid communication barrier. This leads to better understanding and increased productivity and engagement of the employees towards goal achievement.

Project Management/ Result focus

The results show that majority of the employees agree that the company focuses on results of the employees and its overall productivity towards the attainment of goal achievement of the company. The company handles the problems effectively and rectifies them as soon as possible. The company focuses on the quality of work its employees do. It is able to manage different types of projects at the same time by organizing it accordingly.

Time Management

The results conclude that the company is very organized and systematic. They follow strict schedule to organize their tasks, timelines and projects. They effectively try to overcome all the interruptions that may lead to mismanagement of time.

Problem Solving/ Decision Making

The results conclude that majority of the employees agree that the company tries to understand the problems of its employees and tries its best to overcome them. The company involves its employees in the decision making of various tasks. By including employees in the decision making leads to higher engagement and less turnover rate.

Collaborative Team Building & partnership

According the results we found Leverage team-member strengths and a foster cohesion between team members. Results conclude that majority of the employees are working under collaboration and with a great team work strategy and they are working for a clear and compelling cause for the team goals

Performance management and employee reviews

The results conclude that employees are well satisfied with the performance management as their managers actually think of their performance and they feel fine enough that they are asked for their inputs regarding any one the scenario’s and the circumstances, they are asked for the solutions. Furthermore from the results they are well satisfied with the performance management strategies.
