How does IT company effect our life?
Science and technology are the first productive forces, information technology has become the frontier of science and technology, human society is entering the information society from the industrial society. 3 basic laws in IT company:
Moore’s law; Moore’s Law is a computing term which originated around 1970; the simplified version of this law states that processor speeds, or overall processing power for computers will double every 1 or 1 and half years. A quick check among technicians in different computer companies shows that the term is not very popular but the rule is still accepted.
Anti Moore’s law; if we look at Moore’s law conversely, every 1 or 1 and half year, if the IT company sell same amount stuff to its consumer, their sales would be 50% 1 or 1 and half years ago, so every IT company which can’t catch this rate would fad immediately.
Andy and Bill law ; Andy is the CEO of Inter, and Bill is the CEO of Microsoft, basically what Inter product promoted, Microsoft would produce a more complex program, this is why even the IT company grow for about 100 years, the consumer did not really feel it faster even our laptop is 3million times faster than the computer 60 years ago.
The fading of AT&T (The At&T now is different than the AT&T before, they are two different company)
The basic reason that AT&T lose is they are effect by antimonopoly law, so they split 4 times, and they miss the revolution of information technology.
