Dear Class of 2013,
Welcome to Fuqua! We feel one of our school's greatest strengths is the quality and quantity of programming
available for students interested in continuing or newly pursuing a career in the health care industry. There are a
multitude of resources made available to students related to health care through the Health Sector Management
(HSM) office, the Career Management Center (CMC), and the Health Care Club (HCC).
To help you navigate these resources as you begin your Fuqua experience, we created the first edition of the
Unofficial Guide to Health Care. This guide is divided into two main sections. The first introduces you to the club
itself, provides a preview of what you can expect to see throughout the upcoming school year from the club, and
explains how the club partners with HSM and CMC. The second half of the guide is dedicated to the health care
career process.
Sincerely,
Garrett Muramoto and Eric Roeder
