Elvis Presley: The Last 24 Hours is short summarization of the life Elvis Presley lived.
This documentary has commentators who personally knew Presley and spent time with him regularly. The documentary gives insight to Presley’s “off-stage” personality, and how he filled his time while he was not on the road for musical tours. People close to him give details on his health habits, and discuss his extremely unhealthy diet; they also name the long list of health problems that plagued Elvis Presley including: glaucoma and hypertension (high blood pressure). It tells the ways in which the “glamour” of fame and fortune affected Elvis Presley’s life in all areas. As the title states, the main focus is on the last twenty-four hours of Elvis Presley’s life- and all of the circumstances leading up to it; people recount his attitude in facing death and the physical pain he was in before he passed away.
