Club IT Part Two
After several months of interning at Club IT, I became fully aware that Lisa and Ruben were abundantly engage in doing their best and trying to become a success in their club business. Club IT customers were a very elite type a net generation and millennial, who often came together socially, politically, and liberally to exchange their views and express themselves freely displaying the expertise on the way they see it. These habitual groups of individuals have help to make Club IT the success story, and the future spot for many others. One of the club's main objective and purpose is to always work in compliance with the Law for the best interest of the club's customers and the community in which they are located. A major role is given to security and surveillance cameras inside and outside the facilities, along with individuals hire to guard the visiting guest and the club's faithful customers. Ruben and Lisa incorporated many resources which prove successful and an asset for the business.
The marketing scheme though profitable needed to be upgraded with a technical method, for a quicker and a more accurate turn around. The employees displayed an eagerness to come to work as patrons continue to fluent the club. The operational resource system needed up grading also with a wireless, where emails and other devices instead of mobile phones, PDa's and camera phones could be set in place. Net working, computer interference devices, cordless headsets for employees to communicate freely throughout the club, computer peripherals and WIFI LAN technology this will allow managers, employees and customers if and when necessary to connect to the internet in a quicker manner. This type of Information Technology will prove totally for the club's benefit.
In order for Club IT, to improve in the technology arena, and venture out displaying the ads of upcoming events for entertainment, it will be necessary for Ruben and Lisa to invest in a website designer, whose main focus is to create a very stringed and unique site that will promote the club and their events and will to reach old and new customers. This site will encourage purchasing of tickets for upcoming events, items for sale and receive all the promotional ads frontline. Their method was via telephone which, took a lot of time and was not allowing them to venture out and to a vast majority of individuals who may after one glance of the website become interested. The website will save time and emerge and will also maintain the supply chain in a more profitable way, keeping up with orders and deliveries of food and beverages in an economically resourceful system. Another method of Customer Relationship Management is to incorporate several new promotional events.
