Bank of America’s mission statement is stated as “with our platform and industry-leading expertise, we help you turn opportunities into realities, and realities into more opportunities”. The company’s vision is to continue to help their customers grow and demonstrate how they can turn opportunities into reality (“Our mission”, n.d., para.5).
BofA values includes: deliver together, act responsibly, realize the power of our people, and trust the team. The bank statement about “deliver together” narrates the importance of treating people both clients and teammates as an individual. Also, the company believes on building a solid foundation that caters for the shareholders. The bank statement about “act responsibly” of the company value explains that integrity and risk management are the fundamental foundation of the business. The company strives for decisions that are concise, fair, and grounded in the principles of the bank success. Also, the realize the power of our people basically emphasized on the employees reaching their full potential. The bank believes that what makes the company stronger is the diverse backgrounds and experiences. The “Trust the Team” value focuses on the best outcomes achieved when people work together across the entire company. The company believes that great teams are built on mutual trust, shared ownership and accountability (“Our Values”, n.d., para 4)
