ALCOHOL ABUSED
In the last few years it is observed that a large number of youngsters have the tendency to alcohol abuse. The government and the media are really concern about how to prevent this significant problem. There are many factors that must cope with this problem and find solutions.
The first point to make is the major issue which is the school. Usually, the pupils are getting bored in classrooms and they want to try new things to run away and relax from adolescence’s problems. Also they worried about their reputation and decide to start drinking in order to become more accessible to the famous groups at school.
The second point is the family. A large number of children belong to a separated family. When this happened, the child feels neglected and in some cases gets into depression. Teens prefer to hide their feelings and trying to find a different ways to forget this complication. That is one sensitive situation which is leads them to find refuge to alcohol. Even if the family is together but the parents are over-protect their children then the children are more anarchist and want to make more things either are positives or negatives.
Alcohol abuse is a national epidemic which leads to serious complications which are influence to the body mentally and physically. Consuming alcohol can cause various diseases such as cancer and heart disease. After the usage, teenagers are losing the sense of respect and used to react with violent and they are antisocial oppose other people. In addition to this, they can injured themselves. According to David Cameron on BBC news (2012), mentions that alcohol abuse is a national problem and costs to National Health Service (NHS) £2,7 bn annually. The prime minister add that is alcohol abuse is dramatically increase as accidents that caused from that. In the past decade, the supermarkets and bars were abide by law and asking for identity before sell you any type of alcohol unlike today. Those days it was easy to control the young people. In recent years shopkeepers cares about money and do not give attention to the age.
